You won’t be asked how much you’ve raised before anyone asks how you’re doing.
You don’t need a polished founder story. You don’t need to pretend everything is going well. And you don’t need to have failed before you belong here.
Founders Unfiltered is for people actively carrying the responsibility of building — whether they’re navigating their first customer, their hundredth employee, a difficult pivot, a breakthrough, or the question of what comes next.
“Successful founders need an honest room, too.
The rituals
Every gathering starts differently from the founder rooms you already know.
“What are you carrying this week?”
We don’t begin with your pitch. Each founder answers four questions: What’s working? What’s not? What are you carrying that you haven’t said elsewhere? And what will you do next?
One member brings a genuine decision — not a presentation. The room interrogates the problem with care instead of rushing to advice.
Small, phone-free and without a keynote. One meaningful question stays on the table for the evening.
For founders past the excitement of beginning but nowhere near a clean ending — where most of the company and founder are built.
A protected room
Every member agrees to a Founder Confidentiality Pledge during onboarding. Trust is maintained by what we choose not to do.
What’s shared in the room belongs to the person who shared it.
What’s learned can leave with you. Who said it does not.
What members will not experience
The conversation continues
The book is the philosophical beginning, not the entire curriculum.
The book asks: What is the company building in you?
