Terms of Use
A braver room still has rules.
These terms govern use of foundersunfiltered.org, Club applications, event RSVPs, and related correspondence. They exist to protect the people in the room as much as the work itself.

The work
Founders Unfiltered is a book, a private Club, a series of small gatherings, and an editorial practice. The website is provided to describe that work, accept applications and RSVPs, publish updates, and send correspondence you request. Nothing on the site is an offer of securities, employment, investment advice, therapy, legal advice, or medical advice.
Using the site
You may browse public pages and submit forms that apply to you. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access to the website manager, scrape personal data, or submit false information. We may refuse, suspend, or remove access when needed to protect the community or the integrity of a room.
The Club
Club membership is by application and review. Submitting an application does not create membership, a contract for services, or a right to attend any gathering. Acceptance, onboarding, and continued participation may be declined or ended if the confidentiality of the room, the safety of participants, or the purpose of the Club is at risk.
What is shared in Club conversations belongs to the person who shared it. You may leave with what you learned. You may not publish, pitch from, or attribute another person’s story without their explicit permission.
Events and RSVPs
Event pages may accept RSVPs so we can prepare a real headcount. Capacity is limited by design. An RSVP is a reservation, not a transferable ticket and not a guarantee that the format, venue, or timing will never change. We may cancel, postpone, or close RSVPs when a room is full, a date moves, or the gathering can no longer be held as described.
If you can no longer attend, tell us through the contact form so the place can return to the list. Virtual access links, when used, are for confirmed attendees only.
The book and other content
The book Founders Unfiltered, the crest, site copy, photographs, and other original materials are protected by copyright and related laws. Retailers sell specific editions under their own terms. You may share short excerpts with attribution for personal, non-commercial commentary. You may not reproduce the book, clone the site, or use the crest to imply endorsement without permission.
Your submissions
When you send an application, RSVP, contact message, or similar form, you grant Founders Unfiltered the right to use that information to operate the relevant experience and to keep an internal record. We will not treat private application answers as public testimonials unless you later give permission.
Transactional messages—application receipts, RSVP confirmations, Club onboarding, and similar notices—are sent because of an action you took. Editorial mail, including The Unfiltered Letter, is sent only with opt-in consent and includes a way to unsubscribe. Replies should go to a monitored address, not a no-reply mailbox.
Disclaimer
The site, Club, events, and correspondence are provided as-is. Founder conversations can be candid and emotionally demanding. We do not warrant a particular outcome, introduction, investment, or change in your company. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Founders Unfiltered and Urenna Ohaya are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or participation in a gathering.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, the courts located in Massachusetts will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact form or to hello@foundersunfiltered.org.
